Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payments using either Visa, MasterCard, Maestro & JCB.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

When confirmation of the order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing an item or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of any issue with your order we will always contact you directly to gain a resolution.


Shipping And Handling

On orders received before 2pm (Monday - Friday), this will usually result in the delivery of parcels during next business day but may take 2-3 days in some areas. 

Please note: "Build a Kielder Kit" can take up to 5 working days to dispatch.

Shipping charge applies to UK Mainland only. If you reside outside UK Mainland and require additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact us if you have any queries.

Delivery Schedule

We always endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible and will normally dispatch within 1-2 business days. If this is likely to be any longer for any reason we will contact you. A valid signature will be required on delivery. Immediately prior to dispatch of the goods, title in the goods will pass to you. In the unlikely event that you have not received all goods within 14 days of the date of dispatch, you must notify us as soon as possible. If in the event we have to make a partial shipment of your goods we will contact you to arrange how the order is to be shipped.



All UK orders include VAT at 20% (Subject to changes in taxation).


Credit Card Security

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
The payment gateways we use, Worldpay & Paypal adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Kielder WT Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cancellation & Returns Policy

You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 30 day of the date of delivery. Such notice must be given by emailing us or using the information on our contact page. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.

On cancellation you must return the goods to us at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty. In which case you should contact us and we will arrange for our carrier to collect the faulty item. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at
